Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Some health and personal care items
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at our support email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
